淋巴細(xì)胞分離液 (LSM) 可用于在體外從稀釋的全血中進(jìn)行淋巴細(xì)胞的分離。其分離原理為密度梯度離心，利用全血中不同細(xì)胞類型比重的差異通過(guò)離心完成細(xì)胞的分離 (圖1)。康寧 cellgro®淋巴分離液是一種無(wú)菌的等滲聚蔗糖和泛影酸鈉溶液，粘度低，在20℃下密度為1.077-1.080g/mL。
除了兩種現(xiàn)成的LSM產(chǎn)品，康寧可以根據(jù)您的需求，提供不同體積和包裝的產(chǎn)品定制。
